You receive:

  • A live weekly one-to-one yoga therapy practice, held online. In these practices we’ll co-create a completely unique yoga therapy practice tailored just for you.

  • A portfolio of your own yoga practices that you can pick and choose from as you walk the path to recovery.

  • A recorded weekly yoga therapy practice, sent to your inbox. This is so that if you need a little reminder of what we practiced together, you can be guided every day of the week.

  • Three check-ins per week via text. Here’s where you can get your questions answered, and use Gen as an accountability buddy to keep practicing.
