Know by some as the world’s first psychology, yoga can help reduce the whirling of thoughts and emotions that anxiety can bring. We’ll look at anxiety and stress through a yogic lens, and utilise the power of breath, meditation and movement to support modern psychological techniques and practices.
No prior yoga experience necessary. While this workshop is designed for those experiencing anxiety and stress, mental health professionals are welcomed.
